Homer S. Black,
Ph.D., is Professor of Dermatology at Baylor College of Medicine and a
Senior Research Career Scientist at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in
Houston, Texas. He is a former Senior Fulbright Scholar, University of
Dundee, Scotland, and was the Principal Investigator for the Low-Fat Dietary
Intervention/Skin Cancer Clinical Trial, supported by a grant from the
National Cancer Institute.
Suzanne M. Jaax,
M.S., R.D., is an Instructor and Research Dietitian in the
Department of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She
was the Research Dietitian for the Low-Fat Dietary Intervention/ Skin Cancer
Clinical Trial.
