The ultraviolet rays originating from the sun are directly responsible for the occurrence of most skin cancers, the latter represented by the universal symbol for cancer, the Crab.  Diet represented by the plate and flatware, is shown to act as a regulator, increasing or decreasing the occurrence of skin cancer, as depicted by an increase or decrease in the size of the Crab.
